Kunal Mehta has spent over two decades working inside and alongside premium and high-touch service businesses — in senior leadership roles and as an independent consultant.
His career anchor is international relocation — a sector that demands operational precision, end-to-end service coordination, and the ability to deliver a consistent client experience across multiple locations, partners, and pressure points. He led a national relocation business across six locations and close to ninety people, rebuilding service delivery systems from the ground up.
Beyond relocation, he has worked with a global industrial automation firm on an eight-month execution programme, and with a fast-growing creative agency navigating the operational challenges of scaling from twelve to over forty people.
He works with one type of client: founders and senior leaders of premium and high-touch service businesses who want to protect and improve the quality of their service as they grow.
